Effective October 1st 2023, Metaps Inc., as the dissolving company, has conducted a merger with Odessa12 Inc. in accordance with an MBO. Additionally, Odessa 12 Inc. has changed its trade name to “Metaps Holdings, Inc.” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and modified both its logo and corporate colors to black.
