Yuichiro joined Deutsche Securities Inc. in 2006 where he was actively involved in M&A and financing within the telecom media and technology (TMT) sectors. After working at Deutsche Securities, he founded an AI startup company in Kyoto where he served as CEO. In 2011 he joined Metaps Inc. as CFO before serving as Executive Vice President from 2016. He was appointed President and Representative Director in November 2018, and in January 2023 founded Metaps Holdings, Inc. (formerly Odessa12) as President and Representative Director.

After working at Nikko Securities (now SMBC Nikko Securities) and within the Investment Banking Division of Nikko Salomon Smith Barney Securities (now Citigroup Inc.), Daisuke managed the administrative divisions of biotechnology and IT venture companies before joining Metaps Inc. in October 2016, where he was appointed Director of the Executive Management Division. From July 2023 he has served as a managing director, and has been a director of Metaps Holdings, Inc. since October 2023.

In 2005 Katsunori joined Deutsche Securities Inc. and in 2011 joined the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ). During this time he was involved in numerous M&A deals, capital raising, and investment execution, and served a number of positions including Chief Financial Officer of Event Regist Co. Ltd. and on the board of directors for several technology companies including Digital Publishing Initiatives Japan Co., Ltd. (now MEDIA DO Co., Ltd.), Asian Basis Company, Ltd. (Books Kinokuniya overseas online bookstore), and Royal Gate Co Ltd. (now Smaregi, Inc). In September 2017 he was appointed as the Japanese representative for the Dutch company Bitfury. From July 2023 he was appointed as a corporate auditor of Metaps Inc. before continuing as an external director of Metaps Holdings, Inc. from November 2023 and as a statutory auditor from April 2025.
