Metaps Holdings, Inc. and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) recognizes that proper information management is of the most important management issues and has developed “Information Security Policy” in order to realize our corporate vision “Change the Future of Money and Economy” and to ensure that customers are able to use our services safely by taking high-level measures against the risk of information leakage.

1. Information Security Management Structure

Build up a highly secured information security management structure across our group.

2. Risk Assessment

Determines what information assets exist and what level of protection is warranted based on the potential risks that may impact the information’s confidentiality, integrity, or availability. And these risk assessments will be conducted on a regular basis.

3. Development of the Policies, Strategies and Measures

Develop the appropriate policies, strategies and measures for managing risks integrating the results of risk assessment.

4. Employee Education

For all employees and related personnel, we will implement continuous information security education in order to both improve information security literacy and ensure appropriate management operations are carried out for the information assets of our group.

5. Self-assessment and Audits

Ensures regular and continuous monitoring by conducting periodic assessments, reviews, and audits of the Information Security Policy.

6. Continuous Improvement

Continuously improve our information security by regularly evaluating and re-examining its information security policies and related regulations and management systems.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company will comply with all information security laws, regulatory guidelines, and contractual terms related to information security.
